The reporter accidentally discovered at the exhibition that many exhibitors have brought out their unique skills and displayed innovative achievements in their respective fields. In the field of custom casting, advanced simulation technology helps precision casting; in the forging area, high-precision CNC equipment makes the quality of forgings even better; in the welding exhibition area, new composite welding technology shows strong welding capabilities; in the field of CNC machining, the intelligent machining center is even more eye-catching.

At the exhibition, in terms of custom casting, its intelligent casting simulation system can accurately predict the casting process through advanced computer simulation technology, greatly shortening the trial production cycle, reducing costs, and improving the quality of castings. For instance, in a large casting project, the trial production times were reduced from five to two, and the trial production cost was cut by 30%, while the casting quality was significantly enhanced. In the forging field, high-precision CNC forging equipment with advanced control systems and sensors can achieve precise control and real-time monitoring, improving the accuracy of forging and thus enhancing production efficiency. In welding, the new laser-arc hybrid welding technology combines the advantages of both, offering fast welding speed and high quality. In CNC machining, the intelligent CNC machining center integrates a variety of advanced systems and has remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions.
