By 2027, digital and intelligent technologies will be widely applied in all aspects of the machinery industry, 50% of enterprises will reach Level 2 or higher in intelligent manufacturing capability maturity, at least 200 excellent smart factories will be built, a group of system solution providers will be cultivated, and at least 200 excellent scenario-based solutions will be developed, significantly enhancing service capabilities. By 2030, enterprises above designated size will have essentially completed their digital transformation, the proportion of enterprises with a maturity level of Level 2 or above in intelligent manufacturing capabilities will increase to 60%, and at least 500 "Excellence-level" smart factories will be built, forming a complete and secure product and service supply system. This will significantly elevate the industry's digital and intelligent capabilities.

Pharmaceutical equipment: Focus on developing high-performance cell culture vessels and other equipment, promote breakthroughs and applications in high-end sensors, and ensure the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical production.

Agricultural machinery: Develop high-end intelligent agricultural machinery such as high-horsepower intelligent tractors and intelligent agricultural machinery suitable for hilly and mountainous areas, conduct unmanned agricultural operation trials, and promote the development of smart agriculture.

Rail transit equipment: Develop intelligent rail transit equipment such as the "Fuxing" intelligent EMU, promote technological upgrades, and establish a full lifecycle service system solution.

Safety and emergency equipment: Target key industries and natural disaster prevention and rescue needs, develop a variety of safety and emergency equipment, and promote the development of intelligent, lightweight, and standardized equipment.

Mining equipment: Develop core equipment such as intelligent fast-excavation equipment sets, accelerate the research and development and application of core components, and improve mining safety and efficiency.
